Good Practice Principles

In its activities, Cofidis S.A. applies the Good Practice Principles of the ZPF, which are a set of principles of conduct based on general ethical standards and in line with the law in force in the Republic of Poland, adopted by enterprises operating on the finance market, in particular the ones related to the consumer finance market, which are members of the Association of Financial Enterprises in Poland. Being a member of the Association of Financial Enterprises in Poland (ZPF), we undergo an Ethics Audit once a year, conducted by the ZPF Ethics Committee, verifying our compliance with the Good Practice Principles. The certificate below confirms that we have passed the audit successfully.

Being a member of the Association of Financial Enterprises in Poland, we have undertaken a commitment to apply the Good Practice Principles in our operations, which means that any of our clients can report their complaint, objection or application to the ZPF Ethics Committee directly or through the ZPF Ethics Ombudsman. Complaints may be lodged here.
