Good Practices in the Distribution of Services by Lending Institutions

As a financial institution and member of the Polish Credit Union Association, we have also voluntarily adopted the “Good Practices in the Distribution of Services by Lending Institutions.”

Good Practices are an integral part of the market activities of financial entities and are aimed at protecting consumer interests and increasing transparency in the financial market. Compliance with Good Practices will enable the creation of a sustainable business environment in which consumer protection and the objectives of lending institutions are complementary.

When implementing these standards at Cofidis, we covered both the process of selling additional services (VAS) and after-sales service. Our standards have been prepared in compliance with generally applicable law, in particular consumer rights.
